Large auto carriers may not be able to enter narrow streets, restricted communities, low-clearance areas or locations with limited turning space. When direct access is not practical, you and the carrier can coordinate a nearby accessible meeting point.
Pickup and delivery are coordinated near the locations you provide, subject to safe and legal carrier access.
Your vehicle is generally collected and delivered without requiring you to use a traditional vehicle shipping terminal.

Pickup and Delivery Access
Door-to-door transport does not always mean that a large auto carrier can stop directly in front of a home. The assigned motor carrier reviews the requested location and coordinates the closest practical place for safe and legal loading or unloading.

The assigned motor carrier considers street access, vehicle size, clearance, traffic conditions and available loading space.
When the requested location can safely and legally accommodate the carrier, pickup or delivery may be coordinated near that address.
When direct access is not practical, you and the carrier can agree on a nearby open location suitable for vehicle loading or unloading.
Large auto carriers need sufficient space to enter, position and leave the area safely.
Cul-de-sacs, dead-end roads and tight intersections may not provide enough room for a long carrier.
Low trees, bridges, utility lines, parking structures and other overhead restrictions can limit access.
The carrier must avoid stopping where loading is prohibited or where the truck would block traffic.
Gated communities, homeowner-association rules and restricted roads may limit commercial-truck access.
Busy roads, steep areas, poor visibility or heavy traffic may make another meeting point more appropriate.
When the requested address cannot accommodate the carrier, a nearby location may be selected by mutual agreement.
