If the customer cancels the vehicle transportation order after booking for any personal or other reason, a $200 cancellation fee will apply, and any deposit already paid will be non-refundable.
A refund is only possible if the assigned agent has provided the customer with written confirmation of refund eligibility before the booking is made.
Any refund eligibility must therefore be confirmed in writing by the assigned agent prior to booking. If no such written confirmation was provided before booking, the order will be subject to the standard cancellation terms described above.
