Vehicle pickup and delivery are coordinated around the requested locations, vehicle condition, access, carrier availability, and shipment documents. Dates and arrival windows are estimates unless a separate written commitment applies, and conditions such as weather, traffic, road restrictions, and equipment issues can affect scheduling.

Confirm Accessible Locations

Discuss the pickup and delivery addresses and the type of access available. Large carriers need room to approach, load, turn, and leave safely and lawfully. Narrow roads, low branches, tight turns, construction, gated communities, local restrictions, or limited parking may require a nearby safe meeting point.

Coordinate Communication

Keep the contact information and requested dates current. Premier Car Hauling coordinates communication with the customer and assigned motor carrier as applicable. Promptly share changes to access, contact availability, vehicle condition, or location so the shipment can be reviewed and coordinated.

At Pickup: Review the Vehicle

Be present or appoint an authorized representative who can review the vehicle. The carrier will inspect the visible condition and may record existing damage, mileage, fuel, keys, operability, or other shipment details on the applicable Bill of Lading or condition report. Compare the report with your photos and ask about any material discrepancy before signing.

Documents and Condition Records

The Bill of Lading or carrier condition documentation is an important record of the vehicle’s condition and shipment handoff. Keep a copy along with your photos and communications. The exact format and process may vary by carrier and shipment, so follow the documents provided at pickup and delivery.

During Transit

Transport timing is coordinated as an estimate, not a guarantee, unless the applicable written arrangement states otherwise. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues, route restrictions, equipment availability, inspections, and other conditions can affect the expected schedule. Contact the team if a change or question needs coordination.

At Delivery: Inspect Before Signing

Allow time to walk around the vehicle at delivery. Compare its visible condition with the pickup documentation and your photos. Check the exterior, glass, wheels, accessories, and other noted areas. If you see apparent new damage or another material concern, note it on the delivery documentation before signing and take clear photos.

After Delivery

Keep the signed delivery documents, photos, and communications. Follow the applicable carrier’s process for any physical-transport claim or condition question, and contact Premier Car Hauling so our team can help coordinate available information.
